Lauren was born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago and currently resides in the northern suburbs of Chicago. In her free time, she enjoys creating mixed media art, writing poetry and spending time in nature. Lauren works in a helping profession and is most passionate about guiding others in their healing journeys. She is a proud mom of one feisty feline named Oscar and loves her two French bulldog nephews fiercely.
